Residential Roofing Products Serving Denver and Surrounding Areas

The two main types of residential roofs are Steep Slope and Low Slope. In contrast to this, many commercial roofing projects employ Flat Roofs. The true distinction in the residential abilities of a roofing contractor can be found within their understanding of these two competencies.

Most people are very familiar with steep slope roofs because they are seen on the majority of all residential structures. And while a low slope roof can be applied in both a commercial and residential context, it is important for your certified roofing expert to understand what is required to meet residential building code requirements. We are currently highlighting the Owens Corning Duration Storm, Class IV Impact-Resistant shingle.  This remarkable shingle offers extreme protection and security, and can often reduce insurance premiums from 12-30%.

The following is our extensive line of residential roofing products. You will find everything you need here for the exterior of your home:

PREMIUM SHINGLE PRODUCTS

● Standing Seam Metal Roofing
There are many different advantages to using a metal roofing product. Even the very lowest end metal roof will usually last twice as long as its asphalt counterparts. Metal roofing can include such materials as zinc, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, and is renowned for its durability and longevity. Often these products can carry warranties that last up to 50 years. And contrary to the sound of it, metal roofing can also be both lightweight and portable. At Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors we most commonly use 26 and 29-gauge metal for all our metal roofing projects.

● Pro Panel
This type of metal roof is praised for its superior ventilation abilities and ease of both removal and repair.

● DECRA Stone Coated Steel
Made of aluminum zinc alloy-coated steel, these roofing systems are manufactured with durability in mind. Non-combustible, they resist cracking, splitting, and curling, making them fantastic in extreme weather conditions such as hail storms. With superior corrosion resistance and a non-porous surface, this product holds a 50-year warranty.

TILE PRODUCTS

Tile roofing has been a common construction practice for centuries. Originally manufactured from clay, stone, metal or glass, tiles were originally applied to the top of a structure to simply keep out the rain. Common styles included: Flat tiles, Roman tiles, Pantiles, Mission, or semi-cylindrical tiles. But today, as superior weatherproofing has become a concern, modern tiles are constructed of plastic or concrete and are generally coated in some sort of waterproof glaze. Tile roofs can be recommended as a result of their resistance to wind and cold, their energy efficiency, and, of course, their charming aesthetic properties.

● Monier
Perhaps one of the oldest and possibly most experienced concrete roofing tile manufacturers in the United States, MonierLifetile provides high quality tile roofing products.

● Bartile
With a main goal to increase the value of your property, this line of tile boasts climate resistance and durability. Showcasing tiles in any style from contemporary to craftsman, this product line excels at revolutionizing the way consumers feel about tile roofing.

● Boral
Clean, effecient, durable, timeless. Just a few aspects of this incredible tile manufacturer.
